Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/h2><p>By using Bot360, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use, being responsible for complying with all conditions described herein.<\/p><h2><b>2. Object<\/b><\/h2><p>Bot360 is a cloud-based business management platform that offers CRM, process automation, sales management, proposals, contracts, tasks, customer support, and reporting.<\/p><p>The service is available through subscription and accessible via web browser, with a 14-day free trial.<\/p><h2><b>3. User Responsibilities<\/b><\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">The user is\u00a0<b>entirely responsible for the information and data registered on the platform\u00a0<\/b>, including personal and commercial data of third parties.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The user must ensure the security of their access credentials, as well as\u00a0<b>carefully evaluate the permission levels assigned to other users\u00a0<\/b>within the account.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">TXR Solu\u00e7\u00f5es e Tecnologia Ltda\u00a0<b>is not responsible for improper access or incorrect use caused by internal management failures of the client.<\/b><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4. Information Security<\/b><\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">System360 adopts strict data protection measures, including:<ul><li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Data encryption<\/b><\/li><li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Automatic and regular backups<\/b><\/li><li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Secure hosting on protected servers<\/b><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Still,\u00a0<b>no system is 100% foolproof\u00a0<\/b>, and the user acknowledges the risks inherent in using online systems.<\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5. Payments and Commercial Conditions<\/b><\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Payment for services is made through\u00a0<b>intermediaries (gateways) such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, Google Pay, Apple Pay, EFI and ASAAS\u00a0<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Billing is carried out according to the plan chosen by the user and follows the conditions and frequency agreed upon at the time of contracting.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The\u00a0<b>14-day free trial\u00a0<\/b>is available to new users only and does not require payment information during the trial period.<\/li><\/ul><h2><b>6. Default and Account Deletion<\/b><\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">In case of\u00a0<b>default of more than 45 days\u00a0<\/b>, the account will be considered\u00a0<b>inactive\u00a0<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">After this deadline:<ul><li aria-level=\"2\">The account may be\u00a0<b>automatically suspended and\/or deleted\u00a0<\/b>, with\u00a0<b>the permanent removal of the linked data\u00a0<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">Before deletion,\u00a0<b>contact attempts will be made via email\u00a0<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The user is solely responsible for performing backups or exports of data before final termination.<\/li><\/ul><h2><b>7. Account Cancellation<\/b><\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">The user can request the cancellation of their account at any time through support at contato@txrsolucoes.com.br.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">After cancellation:<ul><li aria-level=\"2\">Access will be revoked.<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">Stored data will be kept for\u00a0<b>up to 30 days\u00a0<\/b>for possible recovery upon formal request.<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">After this period, the data will be\u00a0<b>permanently deleted\u00a0<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>8.
